Jessica Alba and Cash Warren Complete Divorce Proceedings After Nearly Two Decades Together

Hollywood actress Jessica Alba and film producer Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, bringing a legal conclusion to their marriage of nearly two decades. The dissolution was completed on February 13, 2026, according to court documents obtained by media outlets.

The settlement includes provisions for joint custody of the former couple's three children, ages 17, 14, and 7. Neither party will be required to pay spousal support, reflecting what sources have characterized as an amicable separation process.

Financial Settlement Details

As part of the asset division, Alba will pay Warren $3 million to equalize the distribution of marital property. This payment will be structured in two non-taxable installments: $1.5 million paid immediately upon finalization, and an additional $1.5 million to be paid one year from the settlement date.

The settlement also includes the restoration of Alba's legal surname, officially changing her name back from Warren to Alba in court records.

Timeline of the Separation

Alba initiated divorce proceedings in February 2025, shortly after the couple publicly announced their separation. The dissolution process took approximately one year to complete, a relatively swift timeline for high-asset divorces in California.

The proceedings were handled by prominent family law attorneys. Laura Wasser, known for representing numerous high-profile clients in divorce cases, represented Alba. Warren was represented by attorney Adam Lipsic. Both legal teams worked to facilitate what has been described as a cooperative dissolution process.

Moving Forward

Both Alba and Warren have reportedly begun new chapters in their personal lives following the separation. Alba has been linked to actor Danny Ramirez, known for his role in the Captain America franchise, with the relationship developing over recent months. Warren has also been spotted in the company of various individuals within the entertainment industry.

The former couple's relationship, which spanned nearly twenty years, produced three children who will continue to be raised under a joint custody arrangement. The emphasis on shared parenting responsibilities reflects the couple's stated commitment to maintaining stability for their family despite the marital dissolution.

Alba, who built a successful business empire with The Honest Company in addition to her acting career, and Warren, a film producer with credits spanning multiple projects, will now continue their professional endeavors independently while co-parenting their children.
