Widespread Panic Brings Three-Night Run to Atlantic City

Widespread Panic takes over Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena for three consecutive nights. The acclaimed jam band will perform Friday, August 14, Saturday, August 15, and Sunday, August 16, 2026, with each show beginning at 8:00pm.

Fans can purchase tickets for individual performances or secure a three-day pass to experience the full weekend. Pricing begins at $59, and tickets are available through the venue's online box office. Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena is located at 1000 Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The band's origins trace back to the mid-1980s at the University of Georgia, where vocalist and guitarist John Bell, bassist Dave Schools, and the late lead guitarist Michael Houser first came together. Their lineup grew over subsequent years with the addition of drummer Todd Nance, percussionist Domingo Ortiz, and keyboardist John Hermann. Today's configuration features Jimmy Herring on lead guitar and Duane Trucks behind the drum kit.

With more than three decades of touring under their belt, Widespread Panic has established themselves as one of the most prolific live acts in American music. The band has shattered venue records nationwide, including an extraordinary 60 consecutive sellouts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and 18 packed houses at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. They've also set attendance marks at UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Oak Mountain Amphitheater in Birmingham, New Orleans Jazzfest, and The Fox Theatre in Atlanta.

The group's festival résumé is equally impressive, with headline slots at Bonnaroo (eight appearances), Lollapalooza, ACL Festival, LOCKN', Outside Lands, and Forecastle, among others.

Throughout their career, the band has moved more than 3 million physical albums and 4 million digital downloads. Twelve years ago, they began releasing material from their Archive series, offering fans exceptional recordings that span their entire history. In 2008, Widespread Panic received induction into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame, cementing their place in Southern rock history.
