Trump Jr. Celebrates Bahamas Wedding After Florida Marriage

Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson celebrated their marriage with a destination wedding ceremony in the Bahamas over the weekend, following their official legal marriage in Florida earlier in the week.

The couple exchanged vows Saturday during an intimate ceremony held on a private island, with approximately 40 guests in attendance. The guest list included Don Jr.'s five children and several prominent members of the Trump family, including Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, and Tiffany Trump.

According to marriage records obtained by TMZ, the couple had legally tied the knot Thursday in Palm Beach County before departing for the Bahamas celebration. Anderson appeared to preview the wedding festivities earlier Saturday by sharing a photograph displaying the couple's wedding bands.

Eric Trump spoke to Page Six about the newlyweds, stating they "truly light up around each other" and describing their relationship as "amazing" to witness. The supportive comments from family members underscore the significance of the union within the Trump family circle.

One notable absence from the weekend festivities was President Donald Trump, who announced Friday that he would not attend due to obligations in Washington, D.C. The President's scheduling conflict prevented him from participating in his son's destination wedding celebration.

The marriage represents a new chapter for Don Jr., who proposed to Anderson at Camp David in December while celebrating her birthday. The couple began their relationship in 2024, following the conclusion of Don Jr.'s engagement to Kimberly Guilfoyle.

This marks Don Jr.'s second marriage. He was previously married to Vanessa Trump from 2005 to 2018, and the former couple shares five children together. The presence of all five children at the Bahamas ceremony signals their acceptance and support of their father's new marriage.

The decision to hold both a legal ceremony in Florida and a celebratory destination wedding reflects a growing trend among high-profile couples who seek to separate the legal formalities from the social celebration. The Palm Beach County marriage license ensures the legal standing of the union, while the Bahamas ceremony provided an opportunity for family and close friends to gather in a more relaxed, tropical setting.
