Music industry executive Scooter Braun made a public declaration of affection for his girlfriend, actress Sydney Sweeney, during a celebratory flight following the New York Knicks' championship win.
In an Instagram video shared by music industry entrepreneur Steve Rifkind on Sunday, June 14, Braun, 44, expressed his feelings for Sweeney aboard a private jet returning from Texas after watching the New York Knicks' NBA championship victory on Saturday, June 13. The Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs 94-90 in the 2026 NBA Finals.
"Syd, I love you and your family so much," Braun stated as he raised a toast to Sweeney, 28, and other guests on the flight. He continued, "You are the greatest good luck charm for a New York Knicks and Jets fan in history."
Braun went on to predict optimistically about his beloved Jets, stating, "The Jets could win the Super Bowl … I don't know."
The music manager and Euphoria actress were first linked in June 2025 when they spent time together in Italy ahead of Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos' wedding. Their relationship has progressed steadily over the past year, with Sweeney making their romance Instagram official in May by sharing images and videos of them together at the Stagecoach music festival.
