Netflix Reality Star Arrested in Texas After Show Wrapped

A contestant from the fourth season of Netflix reality series 'The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On' faced criminal charges in Texas following an incident that occurred after production concluded on the show.

Blake Robertson was arrested in October 2025 at a business location in Nacogdoches, Texas on allegations of assaulting his girlfriend Hayley Hendrich, who appeared alongside him on the program, according to TMZ.com. The arrest took place several months after filming wrapped in spring 2025.

The criminal case did not proceed to prosecution. Sean Hightower, Robertson's attorney, stated that the matter was resolved quickly through the legal system.

"Blake's case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged," Hightower told TMZ.com.

Hendrich confirmed to TMZ.com that she declined to pursue criminal charges against Robertson. She indicated that while the couple addressed the matter privately, she believes public accountability remains important.

The fourth season of the relationship-focused reality series premiered on Netflix this past Wednesday. The show's format places couples in high-pressure situations where one partner issues an ultimatum about marriage, forcing both individuals to participate in trial marriages with different partners before making a final decision about their relationship.

Robertson and Hendrich entered the competition as a couple, with Robertson pushing for marriage while Hendrich expressed reservations about his emotional availability. During the experimental phase of the show, Robertson paired with Ashley Wilson while Hendrich partnered with Killian Grondin for their respective trial marriages.

Hendrich's trial marriage deteriorated after she learned that Grondin and his associates made inappropriate remarks about her, sparking a heated confrontation involving multiple cast members. Despite the tumultuous experience, Robertson and Hendrich concluded the season as a couple, though their path toward marriage remained uncertain.

Viewers will receive updates on the couple's current status during the Season 4 reunion episode scheduled to air next week.
