The 30-year-old model and the 28-year-old Euphoria actor dined at Udon Shin, a restaurant that shared photographic evidence of their visit on Monday, June 1. In the image posted to the establishment's social media page, Jenner and Elordi posed alongside several restaurant workers while seated at the counter, both wearing matching black T-shirts.
"Oh, my … Kendall Jenner & Jacob Elordi ✨Thank you for coming to Udon Shin," the restaurant wrote in its caption. "Hope you had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for visiting our store 😭❤️."
The Japan excursion represents the latest chapter in what sources describe as an increasingly serious relationship. The couple was photographed together in Kauai, Hawaii, approximately one month prior to their Japanese getaway, where they were observed conversing on a beach.
"Kendall and Jacob have become very close recently," a source told Us Weekly following the Hawaii trip. "They were excited to get away to Hawaii and have some downtime together."
According to the insider, the relationship has evolved significantly since its inception in January, though the pair has not formally defined their status. "This has been going on since January, but things are progressing," the source explained. "And they have been consistently seeing each other when they can."
The source characterized the relationship as "much more serious," noting that both individuals have become "much more comfortable in each other's inner circles." This integration has extended to social outings with family members, including a double date with Jenner's sister Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet.
"It has really worked out that they can hang out with Kylie and Timothée, and it has been so fun for all of them to be together," the source shared.
