Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo Finalize Divorce

Grammy-winning country musician Jelly Roll and his wife Bunnie Xo have officially dissolved their marriage, according to court documents that surfaced Friday, July 17, 2026.

TMZ reported that the couple privately finalized their divorce earlier this month, approximately one month after the initial filing became public. The 41-year-old artist had submitted divorce papers in Tennessee on May 18, though the news did not emerge until mid-June.

While specific terms remain confidential, the settlement reportedly divides substantial assets between the former spouses. The division encompasses an aircraft, multiple vehicles, residential properties, and intellectual property rights accumulated during their decade-long marriage.

As part of the agreement, Jelly Roll will provide a one-time lump sum payment to Bunnie Xo, 46, though the exact amount has not been disclosed. The settlement eliminates any future alimony disputes, bringing a definitive close to the financial aspects of their separation.

The divorce agreement includes a non-disparagement clause that prevents either party from publicly criticizing the other, a provision that appears consistent with the amicable tone both have maintained throughout the process.

The split became apparent in early June when Jelly Roll performed at the 2026 CMA Fest in Nashville without his wedding ring. Both parties have emphasized that the separation was mutual and friendly, with no allegations of infidelity.

Bunnie Xo addressed the divorce during the June 18 episode of her podcast "Dumb Blonde," offering supportive comments about her former husband's post-marriage life. "Daddy Roll is probably in his finest season. He looks so good. He is healthier than he's ever been," she said on the program. "He's even started dating, which is great. I love that."

The same day, Jelly Roll responded during a concert performance, validating his ex-wife's statements and emphasizing their continued friendship. "Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends. We just got off the phone earlier today," he told the audience. "Nobody cheated on nobody. She just did a whole podcast about it. You can go watch it. Every word of it is the truth. That will be my best friend forever. This is the only time I will ever speak about it."

He continued with a direct message to Bunnie Xo: "Bunnie, I love you baby. Thank you for those 10 years. They were incredible. Thank you for the next 10 years of friendship and 20 beyond that."

Bunnie Xo subsequently removed the podcast episode addressing the divorce, though she clarified the decision was not about retracting her statements. The media producer explained she did not want the separation to define her public identity going forward.

"If I'm being real, I don't want the divorce to become my entire personality," she explained. "I don't want to be the poster child for divorce. That episode served a purpose for me at that time, and it was real, it was honest, and it came from exactly where I was emotionally in that moment. But I'm not in that same place anymore."

The couple's approach to their separation stands in contrast to many high-profile divorces, with both parties publicly committing to maintaining their friendship and mutual respect despite the end of their romantic relationship.
